Nikki Lindsay, RN, MBA — Founder & CEO
Nikki Lindsay is a registered nurse, MBA, serial entrepreneur, author, and inventor whose lifelong mission is redefining what aging looks like. She founded DayBreak Adult Daycare to create a resort-inspired, nurse-led environment where every guest is celebrated, not just cared for. DayBreak is her vision made real: a place where elders thrive, families find peace of mind, and every single day feels like a getaway.
Sheila Dunigan — Concierge Guest Supervisor
With over 35 years of excellence in caregiving, Sheila brings unmatched warmth, dependability, and a nurturing spirit to every guest at DayBreak. Hand-picked by Nikki two years ago for her outstanding care and leadership, Sheila embodies the DayBreak mission every day. In her own words: “The elderly have so much wisdom to share. Alexis — Concierge Patient Transport Specialist
With over 20 years of experience safely transporting precious cargo, Alexis brings unmatched safety awareness and a deep commitment to DayBreak’s mission.
